Sleeping Habits

I really gotta set an alarm to get my butt in bed earlier. I woke up way to late and the day pretty much got past me as a result.

Ultimately it’s a sleep hygiene thing. I don’t really keep a consistent schedule on the weekends anymore. Now it’s 10 till midnight and I haven’t posted anything yet, guess that’ll show me huh?

On that note, I’m off to bed so I can try to get back on schedule for tomorrow.

    1. Fair enough. I’ve been working a lot of overtime and just got in the habit of staying up in order to “get things done.” Which typically means playing a game longer than I ought to. I did it enough that it started becoming the new routine which meant that I started crashing and sleeping in during the weekend and now it’s all out of sorts.

      Setting an alarm for weekend mornings seems to be helping so far. Forcing me back into something more like normal.
